Okai Electric Bicycles and Scooters Sales and Support Now at SSR Motorsports Dealers

October 28, 2022: SSR Motorsports proudly announces it is now the exclusive powersports distributer for the full line of futuristic and silent Okai electric bicycles and scooters, available immediately at participating SSR Motorsports dealers nationwide.

The top-of-the-line Okai electric bicycle is the EB50 Ranger, featuring front suspension with lock-out option, 750-watt Bafang motor, three assist modes plus throttle mode, maximum of 45-mile range, 26”x 4”-fat tires, Shimano eight-speed chain derailer, full-color customizable LED touch-screen, side stand, and the friendliest App ever for accessing functions and modifying features.

For full-Green-Powered fun, additional Okai EB50 Ranger features include an aluminum frame, keyed removable Samsung battery, Tektro front and rear mechanical disc brakes, rider-customizable ambient lighting, headlight and taillight, front and rear fenders, and adjustable seating with extra low possibilities. The Ranger is available in either Marina Blue or Silence Black at a superfine MSRP of $1,999.

The Okai Stride electric bicycle has a step-through aluminum frame for easy access by people of almost any height, a 500 watt Bafang motor, removable Samsung battery, three assist modes, and up to a 40-mile range on one six-hour charge. The Stride also sports an eight-speed derailer, full-color LCD screen, lighting, mechanical disc brakes and 27.5” x 2” tires for minimal tire drag yet sure-footed steering off pavement. It too has an App for ease of controlling functions and customizing features and has an MSRP of only $1,599.

The line of Okai robust stand-up scooters includes three models at three prices to meet every budget, starting with the Neon Lite, the mid-range Neon II with a longer platform and rear suspension, and the high-performance superpowered Neon Pro.

All Neon models feature a one-click folding steering arm for ease of carrying and storing, LCD dash with speed and battery life indicator, adjustable cruise mode, aluminum frame, multi-function hand switch, ambient lighting and headlight, side stand, and an App for added ease of control and customization, and are available in black or white. The Neon Lite and Neon II deliver 15.5 mph top speed, while the Neon Pro tops out at 20 mph.

The Neon Lite has an 18.4 mile range, nine-inch tires, and MSRP of $499. The Neon II has 25-mile range, nine-inch tires, and MSRP of $649. The Neon Pro has ten-inch tires, 50-mile range, and MSRP of $849.

The Okai EA10 Pro is a sit-down scooter with impressive performance, comfort, and ease of use. The handlebars and seat fold flat for ease of storage and transporting, the battery can be charged in place or when easily removed, and the EA10 has an impressive 15-mph top speed with a 35-mile range. It has a full-color LCD screen showing speed, battery life and cruise mode, and there’s an App for controlling functions and modifying features. The EA10 has a headlight and taillight, and is available in black, green, white, or pink. EA10 MSRP is $799.

SSR Motorsports and Benelli at Barber Vintage Festival

Enthusiasts are invited to see, hear, and touch many of the SSR Motorsports and Benelli two-wheel offerings at this year’s Barber Vintage Festival at Barber Motorsports Park, October 7-9, 2022. The event also features racing, swap meet, vendors, motorcycle clubs, Wall of Death, thousands of personal custom and vintage motorcycles, and a world-class museum. The sounds, the smells, and the sights of living history abound at this event.

A mix of SSR Motorsports pit bikes and dirt bikes, that range from 70cc to 450cc, will be on display in the Fan Zone at the Barber Vintage Festival, together with each of the current four major Benelli models of streetbikes, including the hot-selling and class-leading Benelli TNT135, that’s creating a storm of new riders in the small-bore class of motorcycles.

SSR Motorsports is also a contributor to this year’s Motorcycles by Moonlight fundraising event for the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum, taking place Friday, October 7 at the museum. It is a separate event from the Barber Vintage Festival, with a separate admissions requirement.

Benelli Motorcycles USA Reveals Leoncino Scrambler

The Legend is Back: Benelli Welcomes the Contemporary Classic Back to the U.S.

Norwalk, CA – For more than a century, the Benelli brand has brought innovation to the motorcycle world, playing a key role in the evolution of the modern motorcycle. This 100-year heritage of Italian design culminates with Benelli’s revered Leoncino legacy, and Benelli Motorcycles USA is proud to welcome the legend back to America with the 2021 Benelli Leoncino.

Inspired by the classic café racers of Benelli’s golden years, the 2021 Leoncino (a charming Italian term for “little lion”) lives up to its namesake, exuding the proud sporting heritage of Benelli with nimble cornering ability and responsive handling. Traditional shapes and modern curves flow together in the new red bodywork, crowned by the Lion of Pesaro perched on the front fender.

Powered by a 500cc parallel twin engine with dual overhead cams and fuel injection, the Leoncino pours on a smooth flow of power. A generous midrange and six-speed transmission make excellent use of its 48 horsepower (at 8500), offering an incredibly fun and easy-to-ride motorcycle. Quiet and powerful 2-into-1 exhaust adds to the traditional lines of the Leoncino, while also providing a pleasing sound.

The lightweight steel lattice frame provides a stable platform for the chassis, with a center of gravity and a low seat height to match. An inverted fork with 45mm tubes in the front, and an adjustable laterally mounted single shock in the rear provide an incredibly smooth ride. Cast-alloy 17-inch wheels are fitted with premium Pirelli Angel ST radial tires. Ultra-strong brakes feature four-piston calipers and dual 320mm discs on the front, and 260mm single disc brakes in the rear.

Minimalist bodywork represents an authentic and pure design concept, one that recalls the style and accessibility of the original machine of the 1950’s: Engine, frame, wheels and a handlebar. Contemporary technology including digital instrumentation and LED headlight and modern performance round out this playful and superbly functional package that could only come from Benelli.

Norwalk, CA (September 22, 2020) – Benelli Motorcycles USA and SSR Motorsports are proud to reveal the all-new Benelli TRK502 and TRK502X motorcycles, the ideal midsize mounts ready to head out for adventure. Wherever the roads may take you—across town or across the country—the TRK502 and TRK502X have the smooth power, comfortable ergonomics and versatile suspension for whatever journey your adventurous soul craves.

At the heart of the aggressively styled TRK502 and TRK502X beats Benelli’s all-new 499.6cc parallel twin engine. Designed with four-valve technology, the four-stroke fuel-injected, DOHC, liquid-cooled engine produces the ideal amount of midsize muscle, ensuring a broad spread of useable power and excellent fuel efficiency. Power is put to work by a six-speed transmission, ensuring a broad spread of useable torque, capable of carrying you through diverse road conditions.

The chassis of the TRK502 starts with the steel-tube trellis frame, which not only provides excellent handling and balance both on and off the tarmac, but also adds an aggressive flare to the adventure styling. Long-travel suspension is provided by a rugged 50mm inverted fork up front, with 5.3 inches of travel. The single shock rear suspension offers preload adjustability along with compression and rebound adjust so you can tune your ride for the road ahead, or the luggage on board.

The TRK502 features 17-inch cast aluminum wheels, front and rear, with 120/70 and 160/60 tires for a smooth ride and efficient road handling capabilities. The more adventurous TRK502X features wire-spoke wheels, 19-inch up front and 17-inch in the rear. When crossing over to the adventurous side, the aggressive Metzeler Tourance tires help tackle more versatile terrain. The TRK502X stands a bit taller, with 8.6 inches of ground clearance, while the TRK502 provides ample clearance of 7.5 inches.

Both the TRK502 and the crossover TRK502X offer generous 5.28 gallons (20 liter) fuel capacity, allowing you to go the distance. Ride in comfort with amazing wind and weather protection from the sleek windscreen, wrap-around hand guards and stylish bodywork. Ergonomics provide all-day comfort as well as an easy reach to the ground with a 31.5-inch seat height (33-inches on the TRK502X).
